Video: Remote Controller Calibration
Calibrating the EVO remote controller is an easy straight forward process
When do I need to calibrate the EVO Remote Controller?
Your remote controller will be calibrated at the factory and will only need to be recalibrated if the command sticks are abnormal. For example, if the remote control falls on the ground accidentally or the EVO aircraft's flight direction does not match control inputs.
How to calibrate the command sticks on your remote controller?
You can start the RC calibration in the Autel Explorer app under the remote controller tab, or directly from the RC.
With the controller powered off, press and hold the power button and take-off and landing button simultaneously until it powers up.
The four cross bars represent the left and right command sticks, the horizontal bar at the top is the gimbal pitch dial, push and hold the command sticks fully in each direction until you hear a beep, and the direction is highlighted in blue.
Now, roll the gimbal wheel in each direction you have now successfully calibrated the remote controller's command sticks. If you are encountering any issues after this process, please contact our support team.
