Autel Robotics announced the new Autel EVO MAX 4N at its global partner summit on April 26th, 2023. The Autel EVO MAX is not just a single product, but a series of drones. Since the release of the powerful Autel EVO MAX 4T commercial drone, numerous industries have wanted to leverage its capabilities for efficient and perfect aerial solutions. Now, the Autel EVO MAX series has a new addition - the EVO Max 4N.
The new EVO Max drone series includes two products, the EVO Max 4T and the EVO Max 4N, which utilize Autel Autonomy autonomous flight technology. This supports the real-time collection of surrounding environmental data, enabling global path planning, 3D scene reconstruction, autonomous obstacle avoidance, and return to base in complex environments such as mountains, forests, and buildings. This provides benefits for industries such as security, inspection, and surveying.
To achieve full perception of the environment, the EVO Max series uses a powerful camera system - the FUSION Light Camera. The EVO Max 4T integrates a 160x zoom camera, low-light wide-angle camera, thermal imaging camera, and laser rangefinder. The EVO Max 4N also includes a HyperStar-level night vision camera, hyper-sensitive wide-angle camera, thermal imaging camera, and laser rangefinder. Multiple sensors are intelligently linked to operate in all weather conditions, making operations easier than ever.
With the powerful computation capability of the drone, the EVO Max series can quickly identify and track people, vehicles, ships, and other targets using visible light and infrared thermal imaging lenses. It can recognize up to 64 targets at the same time, and the drone will display real-time target recognition results based on the shooting screen, with an accuracy rate of more than 85%, which assists with on-site decision-making.
Innovative "binocular vision + millimeter wave radar" fusion obstacle avoidance technology enables the EVO Max series to have 720° non-dead zone perception and obstacle avoidance capabilities, enabling safe flight operations under all weather conditions. The Autel SkyLink 3.0 transmission technology extends the transmission distance to 20km, allowing operators to easily understand objects in the distance. AES-256 military-grade encryption ensures flight data security during transmission and local storage. With a 42-minute flight time, flight operations are worry-free, while battery support for hot-swapping and self-heating technology not only saves time but also enhances battery performance and lifespan.
